The Secretary notes that Board of Directors Meeting Notification is only
legally required to be given to the Board of Directors and not to the

adjournment, the BOD decide on the next meeting date, so the BOD
members present are duly notified beyond ByLaws requirement.
However, SCCGI aims to be transparent to satisfy the General Membership.
All Meetings, BOD meetings and Member meetings, as of this date, have
been posted at designated information kiosk and guardshack within the
required notification requirements for Board of Directors.

Benchmarkemail.com offers SCCGI 2,000 email name spots for free.
